Glendora Grand, Inc. was 2nd largest nursing home in Los Angeles County as of Q4 2023

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 342 beds available, 241 more than the average in Los Angeles County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 308.9 residents during that period.

Glendora Grand, Inc. had an overall rating of 1 from the CMS, which lags behind the average of 3.2 recorded for nursing homes in California.

During the quarter, Santa Anita Convalescent Hospital stood out as the largest nursing home in Los Angeles County, with 391 beds available. Veterans Home of California – West Los Angeles came in third place, with 312 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Glendora Grand, Inc. has already spent a total of $64,847 in two fines and suffered two penalties.
