On Wednesday, March 19, former Quartz Hill High School standout Maya McPherson’s current college team, the Western Carolina Catamounts, lost 9-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tulsa Golden Hurricane.

The game took place at Catamount Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Golden Hurricane this season.

The Catamounts’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 2 p.m. at Catamount Softball Complex against Tulsa Golden Hurricane.
