On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Quartz Hill High School standout Maya McPherson’s current college team, the Western Carolina Catamounts, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Florida Ospreys.
The game took place at UNF Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Ospreys this season.
The Catamounts’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 3:30 p.m. at Jack Turner Softball Stadium against Georgia Bulldogs.
