On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Highland High School standout Keira Carrillo’s current college team, the South Dakota State Jackrabbits, lost 10-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tarleton State Texans.
The game took place at Tarleton Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Texans this season.
The Jackrabbits’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 3 p.m. at Farris Fields Complex against Central Arkansas Bears.
