On Saturday, March 29, former William J. Knight High School standout Rosie Garcia’s current college team, the UConn Huskies, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Creighton Bluejays.

The game took place at Creighton Sports Complex. This was their third matchup against the Bluejays this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 3 p.m. at Burrill Family Field at the CT Softball Complex against Butler Bulldogs.
