On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Quartz Hill High School standout Olivia Jones’ current college team, the Converse Valkyries, lost 7-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Glenville State Pioneers.
The game took place at Tyger River Park. This was their first matchup against the Pioneers this season.
The Valkyries’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 2 p.m. at Tyger River Park against Clark Atlanta Lady Panthers.
