On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Highland High School standout Gio Casas’ current college team, the Regis Rangers, lost 8-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes.
The game took place at Fiscalini Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Coyotes this season.
The Rangers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 12 p.m. at Regis Baseball Field against Montana State Billings Yellowjackets.
