On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Quartz Hill High School standout Lana Mooney’s current college team, the Drexel Dragons, lost 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs.
The game took place at Brinkley Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Runnin’ Bulldogs this season.
The Dragons’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 13 at 3 p.m. at Anderson Softball Stadium against North Carolina Tar Heels.
