On Tuesday, March 11, former Quartz Hill High School standout Maya McPherson’s current college team, the Western Carolina Catamounts, lost 10-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Carolina Central Eagles.

The game took place at Catamount Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Catamounts’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 3 p.m. at Catamount Softball Complex against Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs.
