On Friday, Feb. 28, former William J. Knight High School standout Rosie Garcia’s current college team, the UConn Huskies, lost 5-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Wisconsin Badgers.
The game took place at St. John Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Badgers this season.
The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 6 p.m. at St. John Stadium against Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.
