On Saturday, March 1, former William J. Knight High School standout Rosie Garcia’s current college team, the UConn Huskies, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.

The game took place at St. John Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Chanticleers this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 12:30 p.m. at St. John Stadium against Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.
