AVUHSD are proud to launch a new student resource: AVUHSD's Virtual Calming Room for Students. A collaborative effort by School Counselors Yuridia Bojorquez (EHS), Zahraa Charara (KHS), and Craig Cincis (AVHS), this Virtual Calming Room was designed to assist students in identifying strategies for managing their feelings and emotions. Consisting of mental health supports, mindfulness activities, guided meditations, live Zoo cameras, and much more, this website comes at the perfect time for our students, staff and families.
